As a lifestyle photographer based in Curaçao, I shoot everything from family vacation moments to marketing campaigns for local Curaçao brands. As a visual storyteller, I prefer to shoot candid moments in a documentary like style. Capturing the essence of the moment.

    Lifestyle photography is a style of portrait photography that aims to capture real-life situations in an artistic manner. The purpose of this type of photography is to share people's stories through candid, un-staged scenes.

  • My private customers can enjoy their festivities and special events while professional shots are taken to capture the story. That’s already one worry less. Also, a private photographer adds another experience and a certain degree of luxury to your event.

    For local businesses my content creation and graphic support adds value to the presentation of their product, event and helps building a strong brand image. I will develop content, based on your marketing or promotional strategy and will deliver a visual storyboard for your posts on social media.

  • Maybe your family is reuniting? You have a birthday of your sister, a hike or you go camping with some friends. Maybe you have a special dinner or a BBQ with loved ones or even a beach day with your family? A 90’s baby with passion for people, nature, travel and all things beautiful in life. Having finished my University degree in Tourism, I combine this knowledge with one of my favorite things in life, photography. Together with my experience in marketing, sales and graphic design, I can provide valuable input for your next project.

  • My name is Bibi Witkamp, 30 years old. Born and raised in Amsterdam. I went to live in Rotterdam. As a globe trotter, in for adventures and fan of traveling. I now capture these moments and share them with whoever feels inspired by it. I would describe myself as an island girl and peoples person and always in for coffee.   • A photo tells a story, that of you, your family, the love story between you and your partner or a special moment that needs to be celebrated. With lifestyle photography you convert visual images into meaningful stories.

    Capturing it in an artistic way by playing with angles and light, will give the distinct style called “lifestyle” photography. I prefer this style because it is real and documents true situations and emotions experienced at time, unfolding a story.

  • I like to photograph people when they are engaged with something or each other. Go out with your lover, family or friends and enjoy the day. Any special event planned? Great! Something I look forward to capturing!

    Lifestyle photography is about finding a balance between what’s candid and whats staged. I might give minor clues, maybe to remove your hair from your face or a hand, but nothing too posed or staged. That’s where the most beautiful shots come from.
